It tastes great as a dip for fresh cut vegetables or drizzled on top of a salad. Perfectly tangy & spicy, whip up a big batch for healthy & easy snacks all week long! YUM. Chipotle Greek Yogurt Dip (Serves: 4)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce plus 1 tsp adobo sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp each; salt, pepper, paprika & cumin
- Juice from 1 lime
1. Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse on low until fully combined and smooth.
2 Enjoy with fresh cut vegetables, cheese, crackers or as a dressing on a chopped salad. Enjoy right away or store in a airtight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.
