I'm a constant snacker - I'm always looking for something to eat! The trouble comes when I DON'T have healthy snacks on hand and suddenly I hear the bag of chips calling my name.....anyone else with me?!
Today's snack actually took me LESS THAN 5 MINUTES to make and is incredibly tasty and oh so delicious 😊 Pair with any fruit you've got on hand for a very yummy snack!
Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip (Serves: 1)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- honey and cinnamon, to taste (optional)
1. Add Greek yogurt to mixing bowl. Whisk in peanut butter and vanilla until combined. Top with honey and cinnamon if you wish. Serve with your favourite fruit! Enjoy!
