Today I'm sharing another one of my favourite meal prep breakfast ideas!
This recipe is fool proof and beyond easy to make. I love to whip up 3 or 4 jars over the weekend to have on hand of a quick breakfast or snack during the week. They keep really well in sealed mason jars in the fridge for up to 5 days too 😊
Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats
1/2 rolled or steel cut oats
1/2 milk product of your choice (1% or almond is my favourite!)
1 tsp each; coco powder and vanilla
2 tsp each; peanut butter, shredded unsweetened coconut, honey (or sweetener of your choice)
1. Add ingredients into mason jar or container of your choice.
2. Mix until combined.
3. Place in the fridge and let sit overnight.
4. Enjoy cold or heat up if you prefer. Can last in the fridge up to 5 days.
